Troi melted smoothly with no shockiness or bubbles. It is a new color to the 104 palette. It is similar to Mermaid, Cotswold Blue, and Dark Turquoise, but just a bit different in color to each of those, it is a tad lighter than Mermaid and not as streaky, it does not get the reduction that the Effetre Turquoises do. It is a beautiful color. It gets a nice dark line reaction on the Dark Ivory. It created a really peacock looking bead on the Painted Hills. It created a very nice base for the stipple stitch in Okeanos.
